P.C:- Having heard learned Counsel for the respective parties, in our considered view, this Petition can be disposed of by directing the Commissioner of Police, Bombay to dispose of Petitioner's application dated 19th December, 2013, copy of which is annexed at Exh.'C' to this Petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and the Commissioner of Police shall take appropriate decision on its own merits.
