The applicant is seeking his release on bail in connection with C.R.No.1008 of 2019 registered with Faujdar Chavdi police station, Solapur, under sections 376(2)(1), 376(2) (j), 376(2)(n), 366 and 506 of IPC.

At the outset, learned APP, on the basis of report given by the investigating officer to the public prosecutor' s office, states that the Sessions Case No.292 of 2019 pending before the competent court at Solapur has progressed, the evidence of victim and her mother is already recorded and the trial is nearing its Gokhale

Considering this request, the application is allowed to be withdrawn as '

not pressed'

Since the main evidence is already recorded, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of two months from today.
