Hence, following order: a Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent nos.27 to 30 in Civil Application No.186 of 2018 as per Order V Rule 20 by substituted service i.e. by publishing the same in daily 'Sakal News Paper' and 'Free Press Journal' on or before 30.04.2019. b Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
