By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking direction to issue fresh notice on respondent no.31 and 32 at their present correct address as stated in paragraph 7 of the Civil Application. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing Mohite 1/2

21 caw37-19.doc the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 10(1) which reads thus:

"1)Notice of Civil Application No.186 of 2018 in Civil Revision Application (St.) No.28095 of 2017, be served upon Respondents Nos.31 and 32 on the fress addresses as mentioned in paragraph 7 above."

b) In addition to usual mode of service, the applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent nos.31 and 32 along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before 21.06.2019.
