By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking permission to delete the names of respondent nos.34 to 38 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application (St.) No.28095 of 2017 and pending Civil Applications.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I Mohite 1/2

Applicant is permitted to delete the names of respondent nos.34 to 38 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application St.No.28095 of 2017 and pending Civil Applications at their cost and consequences on or before 30.03.2019.

Amended copy of Civil Revision Application be served on other side immediately thereafter.

Civil application stands disposed off accordingly. d.

No order as to costs.
