The Petitioner-wife has moved an application under Section 24(2) of the C.P.C. seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.92 of 2020 filed by Respondent-husband in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, District Buldhana to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shivaji Nagar, District Pune. The transfer is sought on the ground that the Petitioner has a daughter, aged 4 years, and she is working in Pune, which would pose great difficulty in attending the proceedings at Buldhana. AJN

Learned counsel for the Applicant informs that Hindu Marriage Petition No.92 of 2020 pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mehkar, Dist. Buldhana is decided ex-parte against the present Applicant. The transfer sought in the present Application is of the said petition and since the said petition is already allowed ex-parte behind the back of the Applicant, she will have to take appropriate steps and, if at all it is restored, the transfer can be sought.
