The petition is filed seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's letter dated 22nd September, 2015 and take necessary action. The said letter is written on the letterhead of Anti Corruption Committee and signed by one Rabindra Dwivedi, National President. The said letter is not written by the petitioner. 3.

That apart, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the allegations made in the said letter/complaint are already looked into by DCP, Zone -VI and it was found that there is no merit in the allegations therein. The statement is accepted. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
