P.C.:- Mr. Hulke, learned APP on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 Bail for the stipulated period, however he did not report to the prison. He further submitted that, crime under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered in the Ayeshanagar Police Station, Malegaon.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the present Petition and is accordingly dismissed.
