Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

In Crime No. 30/2019 registered with Sangola Police Station, Dist. Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 326, 341, 504, 506, 143, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

Perused the role attributed to the applicant who is a public

2 912.255.19 aba.doc servant, a teacher by profession.

There are cross complaints. Applicant has also received injuries in the incident in question. In view of above, applicant deserves grant of pre-arrest bail. Hence, following order: (A) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 30/2019 registered with Sangola Police Station, Dist. Solapur, applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency.

(C) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(D) Till the charge-sheet is filed, applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Sangola Police Station, Dist. Solapur. Application stands disposed of.
