Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the contents of the application. According to the Applicant his name is

2/2 11 wp 2371.20.odt shown in Schedule I of the Public Trust Register and hence he is entitled to represent interest of Respondent No.3 - management. Since the Respondent No.3 has not been deliberately arrayed through the applicant, the Rule as issued on 11th August 2021 be discharged. 2.

We do not find this to be a sufficient ground to discharge the Rule as prayed for in this application. The Application is, therefore, dismissed.

It is open for the applicant to seek leave to intervene in the writ petition. If such application is moved, the same would be considered on its own merits.
