The consent terms are signed by both the parties as well as their respective advocates. The contents of the consent terms are explained to the parties who are present in Court by their respective advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. Undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to the Court. As per Clause (C) of the consent terms, the Appellant has handed over demand draft to the Respondent. Learned advocate for the Respondent confirms receipt of the demand draft.

Family Court Appeal is disposed off in terms of the consent terms.

In view clause (L) of the consent terms, the Petition No.A-1154 of 2015 is allowed to be converted as a Petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The marriage solemnized between the parties on 24th April, 2012 is hereby dissolved under Section 13B of The Hindu Marriage Act 1955, by mutual consent of both the parties. 4.
Office is directed to draw up the Decree in terms of consent terms.
