2] This application is preferred by the Applicant seeking the appointment of Mr. Justice (Retired) Abhay Thipsay as proper person to supervise and conduct the election of Respondent No.1-Islam Gymkhana for the ensuing year 2019-2022 for the post of President / Vice President and other office bearers and Members of the Managing Committee.

osk 923-caa-84-2019.odt 3] It is submitted that the Respondent-Islam Gymkhana is providing all the necessary infrastructure and facilities to Mr. Justice (Retired) Abhay Thipsay to supervise and conduct the Gymkhana Election and all expenses incurred therein including the honorarium of Mr. Justice (Retired) Abhay Thipsay in conducting the said election would be paid by Respondent No.1-Islam Gymkhana. 4] Learned counsel for the Respondents, Mr.Nachan, has no objection to allow this application in the terms in which the prayers are sought.

5] Hence, the Application is allowed. Mr. Justice (Retired) Abhay Thipsay is appointed to supervise and conduct the election of Respondent No.1-Islam Gymkhana for the ensuing year 2019-2022. Respondent No.1-Islam Gymkhana to bear all expenses incurred therein including the honorarium of Mr. Justice (Retired) Abhay Thipsay in conducting the said election would be paid by Respondent No.1-Islam Gymkhana.
