The petition is filed challenging the legality and validity of the chapter proceedings initiated against the petitioner. Learned APP has placed on record a report dated 14th March, 2017, of the Special Executive Magistrate, Vakola Division, Mumbai. The report shows that the notice issued to the petitioner under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is being withdrawn and the proceedings are being closed. The said report is taken on record. 3.
