Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. He states that certified copy of the impugned order rejecting the plaint is made available today. However, on instructions, he states that the decree is not drawn.

Perused the order dated 30th January, 2017. The meaning of the said order is that only after production of a certified copy of the pps

p-20 wp 1401-17.doc decree, the appeal preferred by the appellant will be registered. 4.

On petitioners filing an affidavit before the District Court stating that a certified copy of the decree is not ready and on the petitioners producing a certified copy of the impugned order rejecting the plaint, the District Court will immediately take up application made by the petitioners for grant of interim relief for the purposes of considering the prayer for ad-interim relief. 5.
