Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by State of Maharashtra for condonation of 61 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 25.2.2013 passed by Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No.410 of 2000. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Mohite 1/2

"(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the abovementioned First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 25.2.2013 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibag-Raigad in L.A.R.No.410 of 2000 (Old L.A.R.No.184/1989)."

ii) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
