At the outset, Mr. Fadtare, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Bail Application was preferred prior to filing of Charge-sheet. He states that thereafter the Chargesheet is filed and therefore he has instructions to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a regular Bail Application before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the present Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court.
