Learned Counsel for the parties tender memorandum of agreement executed between the Petitioner employer and the Pg 2 of 3

Respondent workmen through their union. The memorandum is also signed by each of the Respondent workmen in these petitions. Learned Counsel submit that the disputes forming the subject matter of the petitions have been accordingly resolved in terms of the memorandum of agreement. The memorandum of agreement is taken on record marked "X" for identification. The statements and undertakings contained therein are accepted. The petitions are disposed of in terms of memorandum of agreement taken on record. No order as to costs. 2.
