By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 97 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 11.07.2016 passed by the MACT, Nashik in MACP No. 872 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case for Sneha Chavan 1/2
