Learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the application as the charge-sheet has been filed. The application for bail has already been filed before the Sessions Court. In view of these changed circumstances, the application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty to pursue the application before the Sessions Court.
