By this application, the applicant seeks his release on interim bail on parole to look after his family during the Covid pandemic. The applicant has filed the said application on 6th July 2021. 38-IA-493-2022.doc wanted to take care of his family during the Covid pandemic and wanted to arrange for finance for his family. The reason given in the application does not survive now, as due to passage of time, the ground on which the interim bail was sought, does not survive.
