After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He submits that the case pertains to 2014 and till date, charge has not been framed and the Applicant is languishing in jail. Considering the aforesaid, the trial is expedited. The learned Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. If for no fault of the Applicant, the trial does not conclude within one year from the date of receipt of the order, the Applicant is granted liberty to re-new his prayer for bail. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
