84. FA 468 OF 2021.doc The appeal was preferred by the original Appellant through power of attorney holder. The original power of attorney brought before the court and a copy of the same is kept on record as Article 'Y'

. The claimant has also given power to the power of attorney holder to settle the matter also. The original power of attorney is returned to the Appellant. Both have agreed for rate of Rs.25/- per sq. meter and other benefits on that basis. Further calculations be made by the Reference Court at Panvel. The First Appeal is disposed of as compromised. The Appellant be refunded the amount of court fees as per Rules.
