This application is preferred for expediting the hearing of main matter viz. Criminal Application No.804 of 2016. It is submitted that the Petition was admitted by this Court on 13th January, 2017. However, on account of the interim stay granted in favour of the Petitioner, the trial against main accused is also stalled. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the present proceedings are the offshoot of the proceedings which relates to the kidnapping of the child of the complainant. In the circumstances, it would be appropriate to list the matter for
