In view of the remedy available by way of an application under Section 13 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977, it is not necessary to entertain the above Contempt Petitions which are filed alleging contempt of the order dated 21.10.2013. The Contempt Petitions are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file applications under Section 13 of the said Act.
