The Learned Additional PP Mr. Saste seeks time to procure the transcription of the conversation between the first informant and the Applicant herein in the meeting which took place on 9-5-2017. Since it is the case of the first informant i.e. the Respondent No.2 herein that another meeting took place on 12-6-2017 of which recording has also been made, we direct the Learned Additional PP to produce the transcription of the said recording also. We modify the ad-interim relief which is granted vide order dated 7-8-2017 by permitting the Investigating Officer, Vasai Police Station to carry out investigation but restraining him from filing the charge sheet until further orders of this Court.

appp-101-18(2) In view thereof the Learned Counsel for the Applicant i.e. original Respondent No.2 states that relief sought in the above Criminal Application would not survive. The above Criminal Application No.101 of 2018 to accordingly stand disposed of.
