It is contended that the entire amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.6,51,532/- has already been deposited in MACT, Satara. Statement is accepted.

Liberty to respondents No.1 and 2-claimants to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
