The Learned Counsel for the parties tender the consent terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement which has been arrived at between the parties. The said consent terms have been signed by the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners as also the Respondent No.1 herein. The Learned Counsel pray that the Petition be disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The Secretary of the Petitioner No.1 Mr. Mithailal Singh is personally present in Court as also the Petitioner No.2 Mrs. Sangita Singh, they say that the consent terms are acceptable to them and that they have signed them of their own free will and volition. The Respondent No.1 is also personally present in Court and states that the said consent terms are acceptable to her and that she has signed them of her own free will and mmj
