At the outset, as soon as the matter was called out, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail in the trial Court, after filing of the charge-sheet.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for regular bail, after filing of the chargesheet is filed by the applicant, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.
