P.C.:- 1) In furtherance of Order dated 10th August, 2023, Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Kharat, Assistant Inspector General of Police (Law & Order) attached to office of Director General of Police, Maharashtra State has tendered across the bar a Show Cause Notice issued under Rule 3 of Mumbai Police (Punishment and Appeals) Rules, 1956 to Ms. Jijabai H. Satpute, Police Sub-Inspector attached to D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai. A photocopy of the said notice is taken on record. 2) In view thereof, the Order dated 10th August, 2023 is complied with.

3) After hearing learned Advocate for the Petitioners at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, he on instructions 1/2
