Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that, the present Petition was filed by the Petitioner through jail and the same is not happily worded. He submitted that, subsequently Dr. Yug Mohit Chaudhry has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Petitioner. That, Dr. Yug Mohit Chaudhry intends to file a fresh Petition. The Petitioner has now been advised to file properly drafted Petition taking all necessary grounds in it. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition, if permissible under the law.
