The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Registrar Judicial-(II) by order dated 29 September, 2015, directed the applicant to supply the copies within two weeks, but the said copies were not supplied within stipulated time. Hence, appeal is dismissed. 1/2

Learned counsel further submits that as he was busy in other work. He could not supply the copies within stipulated period if matter is not restored. The claimant will be suffered. Hence requested to allow the application.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and reasons mentioned in the application the order passed by the Registrar Judicial (II) on 29 March, 2015 is quashed and set aside. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses(b) & (c) and dispose of. Applicant to take steps within four weeks. (S. G. DIGE, J.) 2/2
