In Writ Petition No.4930 of 1997, this Court has passed an interim order dated 27 th November, 1997. The Petitioner in the present Writ Petition Mugdha Page 1 of 2

24-WP 2338-19@CAW 320-19.doc No.2338 of 2019 has filed an application being Civil Application No.320 of 2019 seeking vacation of the said order, i.e., after about 22 years.
