Challenge in this writ petition is to the order passed by the Commissioner in exercise of power under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against which the petitioners have remedy of second revision before the State Government. Therefore, keeping all questions raised in present writ petition open to be agitated before the State Government, the writ petition stands disposed of on the point of existence of alternative statutory remedy. No costs.

The period spent in prosecuting present writ petition shall be excluded while considering the revision application. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
