Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application.

Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that vide order dated 16th February, 2009, the Applicant was directed to deposit the outstanding amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- which has been deposited by the Applicant. According to him, the Respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- deposited by the Applicant. This position is not disputed by learned counsel for the Applicant and she submits on

902 CRA-446-2009.doc instruction that, there is not objection to withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- by the Respondent, deposited by the Applicant in this Court. 3.

The Respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- along with accrued interest, if any. Civil Revision Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the Civil Revision Application nothing survives in the Interim Application, Interim Application is disposed of . (SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J. )
