Upon production, taken on board. 2] This is an application seeking extension of time by eight weeks for grant of licence to the petitioner as directed by this Court by its order dated 22 January 2015. By the said order, two weeks time had been granted, which expired on 4 February 2015.

3] The reason for such extension is that the State seeks to take recourse against the judgment and order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The State is entitled to do so, however, at the same time, since no licence is being issued, the petitioner is unable to carry on his business 1/2

5] Civil application is disposed of.
