By this application, applicant, hereinafter referred to as 'defendant', has sought permission to deposit amount of Rs.2,55,000/- being the licence fee for the months from April 2016 to August 2017. Mr. Eklaspun states that he has given notice of today's production to Mr. S. S. Adyanthya by email. He further states that Demand Draft was drawn on 11.01.2018 and the validity of the Demand Draft expires on 11.04.2018. He, therefore, got the papers produced for granting relief in terms of prayer clause (b). 1/2

In view of these submissions, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Office to accept Demand Draft from the applicant latest by tomorrow and deposit the same in the Bank tomorrow itself.
