This contempt petition is filed alleging contempt on the part of Respondent No.2- the Commissioner, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for not adhering to the time limits stipulated to take decision on the appeal of the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Respondent No.2- the Commissioner had sought for extension of time and in the extended period, has decided the appeal.
