This Habeas Corpus petition is filed against respondent No.1 seeking to produce the petitioner's daughter Ms.Subhashini Babu Kairamkonda.

Having taken instructions from the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that the petitioner's daughter has married with respondent No.2 and the petitioner has no objection to the said marriage. In the circumstances, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave is granted. Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
