By the above Civil Application, the applicant is seeking the following reliefs:- (a) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Writ Petition, the respondents may be directed to open seal of the premises of the applicant viz. Unit No. S/06A, Pasaydhan CHS Limited, Sant Dyaneshwar Road, Panchpakhadi, Thane (W) 400 602 and permit the applicant along with their Fire Agency to enter into the said premises for the purposes of inspection of the already existing fire system installed in the premises which is due for inspection and audit;

3. civil caw 419-19.doc (b) Interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (a) may be granted;

(c) For such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the applicant is granted four weeks time to appoint a Fire Agency to carry out inspection / audit as sought. However, 48 hours clear notice shall be issued to the respondents in writing informing them the day, date and time on which the premises in question are required to be desealed / opened to enable the Fire Agency to carry out inspection and audit. The said inspection / audit shall be completed by the Fire Agency within a period of two days. With these directions, the above Civil Application is disposed of.
