This is an application for extension of time stipulated in the order dated 04.12.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.3930 of 2015. By order dated 04.12.2015, the learned District Judge is requested to dispose of the applications at exhibits-33 and 47, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within 2 months from the date of the appearance of the parties i.e. 14.12.2015. The time stipulated in the order dated 04.12.2015 is extended for a period of two weeks from today. In case any extension is required, the learned trial Judge will apply for extension and application of parties for extension will not be entertained. Order accordingly.
