P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 27th July, 2023, the Petitioners have paid the said cost of Rs.3,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within stipulated period. He has tendered across the bar a photocopy of the receipt issued by the said Library dated 8th August, 2023. 2) As the police have already filed charge-sheet, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
