1] The prisoner seeks reduction in fne amount of Rs.25,000/-. He has been convicted under section 376 of I.P.C. read with the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSOC Act, 2012 and in default of paylment of fne, he has to undergo further imprisonment.

2] Relief of such nature can be considered in a substantive appeal challenging the punishment.
