Rule.
The above Writ Petition is companion to Writ Petition No.1164 of 2017.
In view of the Judgment bearing today's date i.e. 22/03/2017 rendered in the said Writ Petition No.1164 of 2017, and for the reasons stated therein, the above Writ Petition is allowed and the directions as contained in paragraph No.27 of the said Judgment would equally apply to the instant case. The registration of the Society in question as directed by the impugned order would accordingly stand set aside. Rule is accordingly made absolute with parties to bear their respective costs.
