Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, submitted that, the Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No. 278 of 2016 by the Sessions Court at Thane and is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life.

In view of above, the present Petition for direction to conduct trial of the Petitioner on day-to-day basis does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
