The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the Respondents.

The Petitioner, an educational institution is conducting primary, secondary and higher secondary classes. While being sanctioned the fourth and fifth additional divisions of the 11th and 12th standard commerce faculty vide communications dated 7th October 2013, 29th October 2013 and 23rd December 2015, reference was made to the medium as English. Since the commerce faculty was attached to
Tauseef 03-WP.1377.2024-modified.doc the Hindi and Marathi medium secondary school, the Petitioner made a representation dated 21st March 2023 to the Deputy Director of Education praying that the words "English Medium" be deleted and a revised order accordingly be issued.

In the aforesaid facts, since the Petitioner has already made a representation with the Deputy Director of Education seeking correction of the aforesaid orders dated 7th October 2013 and 30th October 2015, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent No.3-Deputy Director of Education to consider the representation dated 21st March 2023 in accordance with law and take a decision thereof within a period of six weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the Petitioner.

Keeping all points on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of.
