Prisoner seeks remission for the period from November 2006 till his conviction in June 2007.

These facts are also contained in nominal roll produced by learned APP.

It appears that the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.4396/2014 decided on 12/2/2015 found said prisoner entitled to remission.

In this situation, as the prisoner was in custody, we find him entitled to grant of remission in accordance with law. 5.

Therefore with direction to authorities to extend to him that benefit, we allow the writ petition.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
