Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 22nd October, 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/- for a period of four weeks. The said facility was extended on 22nd November, 2018 and 18th December, 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is resident of Ahmedabad. He has produced the surety from Mehsana, Gujarat. It is submitted that report of the police with regards to surety is awaited and therefore it is prayed facility of cash granted by this Court may be extended for a period of four
