The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.1(f) on record. The said heirs are already on record in their individual capacity. The Learned Counsel Mr. Suryawanshi appearing for the Respondent Nos.1(d) and 1(f) submits to the orders of the Court. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed resultantly the heirs of the Respondent No.1(f) are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. List the above Petition for final hearing in the week commencing on 6-3-2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
