Perused papers with help of learned APP. Prisoner placed in Central Jail, Navsari, Gujarat is undergoing trial for some offences there. 2.

He is seeking direction to the Court of JMFC-5, Kalyan to issue direction for his production in terms of section 267 of Cr.P.C. 3.

It appears that Regular Criminal Case No.403/2016 under sections 457, 380, 411 of IPC is pending against him in that Court. We distinctly remember that we have already passed some order in this matter. 4.

According to learned APP the matter pertains to some other person who is undergoing trial in bomb blast case in Gujrat. He submits that there that person wanted to delay the bomb blast trial and therefore had requested this Court for his production in pending case in the State of Maharashtra.

We find that Court at Kalyan can always issue appropriate warrant seeking production of present petitioner if it so desires. 6.

However to avoid any confusion, we direct that all the prisoners who send such letters to the Court must in their letter point out whether in past they have made any similar request to this High Court or any other High Court in the country.

We direct respondent/State to issue appropriate circular so as to bring this order to the notice of all prisoners in the State. 8.

With these directions and observations, we dispose of the petition.
