Convict challenges the order rejecting parole passed on 12/4/2019.

With the assistance of learned APP we have perused order dated 23/7/2019 of this Court in Writ Petition No.2891/2019 directing his release on Furlough leave within 4 weeks.

Before this order only in May 2019 the prisoner was released on furlough.

As he was released on furlough in May-2019, his request either for furlough or regular parole cannot be considered for next 6 months. 5.

The present petition therefore becomes infructuous and is disposed of.

6.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
